Can you hold a place before I apply?
We hold a place with a full deposit paid. -
How long will you hold a place with a deposit?
No more than 30 days. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Typically you are required to pay a full month deposit, then the first month is due the day you move in. Certain circumstances could require advance rent which is considered a deposit as well and stays in our Escrow account. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits can always be refundable, as long as you leave the property in the way it was provided to you. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Go to trustpmf.com and click Apply. -
How do I pay rent?
We can set you up on a portal to pay ACH using your checking account info, its free. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You would need to ask if a pet is welcome, then pay an additional deposit and add it to the lease. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Both you and the roommate would need to agree and the roommate left would need to qualify for the home on their own, based on our criteria. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
30 days written notice is required by the end of a calendar month. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Typically the owner is responsible to pay for maintenance that is out of your control.
There are incidents where we will confirm it is the fault of a tenant and then the tenant will be charged accordingly.
