Can you hold a place before I apply?

We hold a place with a full deposit paid.
How long will you hold a place with a deposit?

No more than 30 days.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Typically you are required to pay a full month deposit, then the first month is due the day you move in. Certain circumstances could require advance rent which is considered a deposit as well and stays in our Escrow account.
Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits can always be refundable, as long as you leave the property in the way it was provided to you.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Go to trustpmf.com and click Apply.
How do I pay rent?

We can set you up on a portal to pay ACH using your checking account info, its free.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

You would need to ask if a pet is welcome, then pay an additional deposit and add it to the lease.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

Both you and the roommate would need to agree and the roommate left would need to qualify for the home on their own, based on our criteria.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

30 days written notice is required by the end of a calendar month.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Typically the owner is responsible to pay for maintenance that is out of your control.

There are incidents where we will confirm it is the fault of a tenant and then the tenant will be charged accordingly.
